Joe Klenke is That Wood Feller. But it all happened by accident. In the vineyard ‘off season’, Joe started forestry mulching, shredding and tree cutting/removal. The demand for his services exploded. With cleared trees, he did not want to push everything into a big burn pile and have a one-time short lived fire. He splits the wood into firewood and bbq smoking wood. The small branches and limbs are turned in to smoking chips and landscape mulch. Very little is wasted. Look out for our beautiful slabs coming soon as well.
